Vendor & Partner Selection <br />• Waste Hauling Services: Select licensed waste haulers that comply with local and <br />federal regulations. Ensure they provide waste tracking and reporting services. <br />• Recycling Facilities: Partner with local recycling facilities for metal, wood, concrete, <br />cardboard, and other recyclable materials. Maintain records of quantities recycled. <br />H. Training & Education <br />• Orientation: Provide initial training to allworkers on waste management procedures, <br />proper sorting methods, and sustainability goals. <br />• Ongoing Education: Hold weekly toolbox talks on waste management topics to <br />reinforce practices and address any issues or changes. <br />I. Cost Management <br />• Budgeting: Allocate a budget for waste management efforts, including containers, <br />hauling, and recycling fees. <br />• Cost Analysis: Continuously monitor waste management costs against the budget and <br />identify opportunities for cost savings through recycling, reuse, and material reduction. <br />J. Documentation & Compliance <br />• Permits: Ensure that all necessarywaste disposal and recycling permits are obtained. <br />• Records: Keep detailed records of waste types, quantities, and final destinations, <br />whether landfills or recycling centers. <br />• Compliance Reporting: Submit necessary reports to local authorities or regulatory <br />bodies as required. <br />K. Plan Review and Updates <br />• Continuous Improvement: Review the waste management plan at project milestones to <br />evaluate success and adjust as needed. <br />• Final Report: Prepare a final waste management report at the project's completion, <br />summarizing total waste generated, recycled materials, landfill contributions, and cost <br />savings achieved. <br />Lunacon Engineering Group Corp dba.
