THELMA FAY <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />Ms. Fay has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She is a <br />proactive problem-solver with keen business instincts and constant bottom- <br />line focus. As a Project Manager for PSC’s Southeast/Caribbean division, Ms. <br />Fay delivers multi-million-dollar commercial projects from conception to <br />completion on time and on budget. She is based out of PSC’s FortLauderdale, <br />FL office. <br />PERSONS SERVICES CORPORATION <br />x Town Hall – Phase 2 <br />Project Manager: The Town of Jupiter awarded PSC the contract for <br />the demolition and site improvements phase of the construction of a <br />new town hall. Ms. Fay executes and maintains the construction <br />management processes. <br />&RQWUDFW9DOXH <br /> Boys and Girls Club Addition <br />Project Manager: The Town of Davie awarded PSC the contract for <br />an addition to and an interior renovation of a portion of the Boys and <br />Girls Club facility. Ms. Fay executes and maintains the construction <br />management processes, including scheduling, project planning and <br />coordination, cost, procurement, quality control, and vendor <br />management. <br />&RQWUDFW9DOXH <br /> Nyberg-Swanson House Historic Restoration <br />Project Manager: The City of Dania Beach awarded PSC the contract <br />for the historic restoration of the circa 1913 Nyberg-Swanson Houseto <br />its early 20th century appearance. Ms. Fay executes and maintains the <br />construction management processes. <br />&RQWUDFW9DOXH <br />KEY PROJECT EXPERIENCE ( Outside of Persons Services Corp.) <br /> Colony West Tamarac Clubhouse, Cart Barn & Fairfield Inn <br />Scope: Demolition of the existing clubhouse and cart barn to allow for <br />phased construction of a new 5 story 65k square foot hotel, 6800 sf <br />clubhouse and cart barn with a complete site remodel. The project <br />included a full banquet hall and full service restaurant including (2) <br />commercial kitchens, meeting rooms, a Pro Shop and indoor/outdoor <br />seating.
