Love Street Project <br />Scope: This project included was a 4 acre site development project which included two waterfront <br />restaurants, a small cafe, office space, and retail. Complete site development and coordinationwith <br />existing homeowners that were impacted by underground utility work that was required in front of <br />their driveways and homes. The completed project included surface parking for more than 200 <br />cars. <br />ADDITIONAL RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> Marker Construction Group <br />Project Manager: From 2018 to 2024, executed and maintained construction management <br />processes in the areas of scheduling, project planning and coordination, cost, procurement, quality <br />control and vendor management to deliver commercial projects to clients on time and on budget. <br />Managed any and all changes to project scope, schedule and budget.
