For the purpose of incorporating the amendment 490 <br />made by this act to section 768.28, Florida Statutes, in a 491 <br />reference thereto, subsection (13) of section 213.015, Florida 492 <br />Statutes, is reenacted to read: 493 <br /> 213.015 Taxpayer rights.—There is created a Florida 494 <br />Taxpayer's Bill of Rights to guarantee that the rights, privacy, 495 <br />and property of Florida taxpayers are adequately safeguarded and 496 <br />protected during tax assessment, collection, and enforcement 497 <br />processes administered under the revenue laws of this state.
