Section 768.28 shall continue to apply to 1009 <br />all governmental units and such entities. 1010 <br /> Section 25. For the purpose of incorporating the amendment 1011 <br />made by this act to section 768.28, Florida Statutes, in a 1012 <br />reference thereto, paragraph (g) of subsection (10) of section 1013 <br />395.1055, Florida Statutes, is reenacted to read: 1014 <br /> 395.1055 Rules and enforcement.— 1015 <br /> (10) The agency shall establish a pediatric cardiac 1016 <br />technical advisory panel, pursuant to s. 20.052, to develop 1017 <br />procedures and standards for measuring outcomes of pediatric 1018 <br />cardiac catheterization programs and pediatric cardiovascular 1019 <br />surgery programs. 1020 <br /> (g) Panel members are agents of the state for purposes of 1021 <br />s. 768.28 throughout the good faith performance of the duties 1022 <br />assigned to them by the Secretary of Health Care Administration. 1023 <br /> Section 26.
