For the purpose of incorporating the amendment 1037 <br />made by this act to section 768.28, Florida Statutes, in a 1038 <br />reference thereto, paragraph (b) of subsection (15) of section 1039 <br />409.175, Florida Statutes, is reenacted to read: 1040 <br /> 409.175 Licensure of family foster homes, residential 1041 <br />child-caring agencies, and child-placing agencies; public 1042 <br />records exemption.— 1043 <br /> (15) 1044 <br /> (b) This subsection may not be construed as designating or 1045 <br />not designating that a person who owns or operates a family 1046 <br />foster home as described in this subsection or any other person 1047 <br />is an employee or agent of the state.
