Relieve any person of liability that would otherwise 1451 <br />exist for deliberate, willful, or malicious injury to persons or 1452 <br />property. 1453 <br /> b. Create or increase the liability of any person. 1454 <br /> Section 41. For the purpose of incorporating the amendment 1455 <br />made by this act to section 768.28, Florida Statutes, in a 1456 <br />reference thereto, subsections (3) and (4) of section 627.7491, 1457 <br />Florida Statutes, are reenacted to read: 1458 <br /> 627.7491 Official law enforcement vehicles; motor vehicle 1459 <br />insurance requirements.— 1460 <br /> (3) Any suit or action brought or maintained against an 1461 <br />employing agency for damages arising out of tort pursuant to 1462 <br />this section, including, without limitation, any claim arising 1463 <br />upon account of an act causing loss of property, personal 1464 <br />injury, or death, shall be subject to the limitations provided 1465 <br />in s. 768.28(5). 1466 <br /> (4) The requirements of this section may be met by any 1467 <br />method authorized by s. 768.28(16). 1468 <br /> Section 42.
