Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified <br />and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part by this Ordinance <br />upon adoption hereof. <br />Section 2. Budget Amendment. The Budget for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 2024-618 is hereby amended as Amendment No. BA2425-03 to reflect the <br />revisions in Exhibit "A". All other terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 2024-618 not <br />otherwise amended by this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to take all <br />actions necessary to implement the terms and conditions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
