RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending the Approval of the Resolution. REASONS: The City wishes to enter into a second amendment to the agreement with Martin & Sons Residential Services, Inc. for pressure cleaning services throughout the City, on an as -needed basis. This agreement is pursuant to the pricing terms and conditions offered to the City of Weston (via a piggyback), The City of Weston Contract RFP 2022-02 Pressure Cleaning Contract. The scope -of -work is for Heritage Park, Pier Park, Samson Oceanfront Park, Pelican Community Park, Gateway Park, Bella Vista Park parking lot, the North Bay Road Pedestrian Bridge, Right -of -Ways and Collins Avenue, covering over 12 miles of right-of-way. Martin & Sons has expressed their ability and desire to provide these services pursuant to the same terms and conditions valid via the City of Weston contract. Effective April 1, 2025, the City hereby elects to exercise its option to renew the Agreement for three (3) years, up through and including March 31, 2028, as set forth in Section 4 of the Agreement, leaving one remaining renewal option. City and Contractor wish to amend Section 5 of the Agreement, entitled "Compensation," to provide additional compensation, for the Services and rates more particularly described in Attachment "B," in an amount not to exceed $468,757.92, which includes an amount of $26,063.58 for contingency, if necessary.
