total Agreement to a not -to -exceed amount of $684,697.70. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Throughout the initial term of the agreement, Martin and Sons has proven to perform exceptional work <br />while keeping public safety a priority. Working in Parks and along roadways requires great care that is of <br />the utmost importance and requires work sequencing for minimal disruption to the community. <br />Piggyback Procurement Summary <br />On April 4, 2022, the City of Weston's Commission adopted Resolution No. 2022-38, accepting and <br />ratifying the ranking of the firms under RFP No. 2022-02, Pressure Cleaning Services, and approving an <br />agreement with Martin & Sons Residential Services, Inc. for Pressure Cleaning Services, for an initial <br />term ending on April 30, 2025. The City of Weston recently renewed the Agreement with Martin & Sons <br />Residential Services, Inc. for an additional three-yearterm, from May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2028. <br />Copies of the complete contract file, including all exhibits and attachments, are on file with the Office of <br />the City Clerk and are available upon request. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds are appropriated in various accounts between Parks and Streets within the General Fund and <br />Streets Fund. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Second Amendment <br />Item Number: 9.113 <br />30 <br />
