The line item pricing <br />breakdown from Attachment C: Bid Form should be viewed as the maximum price an agency will be <br />charged under the agreement. Garland/DBS, Inc. administered an informal competitive process for <br />obtaining quotes for the project with the hopes of providing a lower market -adjusted price whenever <br />possible. <br />Scope of Work: P1 and Lower Roof <br />1. Contractor to assemble staging area in a safe location and handle all debris in a <br />professional method with daily clean up. <br />2. Remove the existing roof down to the concrete deck. <br />3. Install a torch applied temp roof using HPR torch base. <br />4. Install new base layer of insulation using Polyisocyanurate insulation Tapered at %" in the <br />field, and V for all crickets. Refer to the NOA. <br />5. Insulation must have a minimum R-20 value. All Insulation layers are to be adhered to the <br />deck using'h"to 3/" wide beads of Insulock HR. Refer to roofing application standard RAS <br />117 for attachment methods. <br />6. Install new HDFiber board min ('/2" " thick ) using Insulock HR. Refer to roofing application <br />standard RAS 117 for attachment methods. <br />7. Install 1 ply of Flexbase 80 adhered to the coverboard using weatherking membrane <br />adhesive at a rate of 2.5 Gal / Sq. <br />8. Install one ply of the specified Mineral cap sheet using weatherking membrane adhesive at <br />a rate of 2.5 Gal/Sq. <br />9. Install all new Roxul cant strip around all curb and perimeter flashings. <br />10. Install 1 ply of specified base and one ply of the specified mineral cap sheet for all flashings <br />using the specified flashing adhesive. <br />11. If applicable, Install new wood blocking on parapet wall. <br />12. Install RMER Force drip Edge on all draining edge. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
