All areas: <br />1. Retain the existing upper section of the 2 piece Counter flashing. <br />2. Apply liquitec over the middle section to reinforce this assembly. Do not replace L flashing. <br />3. Replace fasteners on all 2 piece counter flashing using stainless steel fasteners. <br />4. Wall flashings: Remove the flex seal from the counter flashing. Apply Tuff coat white in a <br />clean line 12" above the wall counter flashing extending the entire horizontal wall. <br />5. Include new clamping ring on all internal drains. <br />6. Include tapping threading the existing drain bowl to accomodate the new clamping ring as <br />needed. <br />7. Include new cast iron strainers Painted Red. <br />8. All counterf Lashing and sheet metal work shall be stainless steel #4, 24G. <br />9. Match existing insulation height. 1/a" slope with proper crickets are required and are the <br />responsibility of the contractor. <br />10. All cap sheet shall be EUV mineral. Contractor shall take precautions from compromising <br />the cosmetic appearance of the roof. Cast granule into all bleed out. <br />Lower East: <br />1. Include stainless steel coping on this roof section. Wrap parapet wall with base and cap <br />sheet following Garland details. <br />2. Contractor to enlarge scuppers as needed to meet drainage requirements. <br />Chiller Roof: <br />1. Bid this separately as an add alternate. <br />2. 1/a" slope is required. Contractor responsible for positive drainage. <br />3. Include cool -sill silicone surfacing. 4G per Square Coverage. <br />
