13. Install RMER Force Fascia on all non -draining edges. <br />14. Install termination bars and Kynar coated 040 Aluminum counter -flashings on adjacent <br />curtain walls and all curb flashings. <br />15. Fabricate new pitch pockets out of stainless steel #4. Fill the bottom half with fast curing <br />concrete and the top half with Sea[ _Tite. Fabricate umbrellas to cover the top of the pitch <br />pan. All construction to be soldered. <br />16. All drains to be sumped in a %": 12" in a 24" diameter around the drain. The contractor <br />must take this into account when ordering taper insulation. <br />17. In all areas surrounding internal drains, apply a target patch of Tuff Flash Liquid flashing <br />around all sumped parts of the drain. <br />18. Garland to issue the specified warranty including labor and materials. <br />19. Contractor to issue 5yr Warranty to Garland <br />20. Retain the existing upper section of the 2 -piece counter flashing. <br />21. Apply LiquiTec over the middle section to reinforce this assembly. Do not replace L <br />flashing. <br />22. Replace fasteners on all 2 piece counter flashing using stainless steel fasteners. <br />23. Wall flashings: Remove the flex seal from the counter flashing. Apply Tuff coat white in a <br />clean line 12" above the wall counter flashing extending the entire horizontal wall. <br />24. Include new clamping ring on all internal drains. <br />25. Include tapping threading the existing drain bowl to accommodate the new clamping ring as <br />needed. <br />26. Include new cast iron strainers Painted Red. <br />27. All counterflashing and sheet metal work shall be stainless steel #4, 24G. <br />28. Match existing insulation height. %" slope with proper crickets are required and are the <br />responsibility of the contractor. <br />29. All cap sheet shall be EUV mineral. Contractor shall take precautions from compromising <br />the cosmetic appearance of the roof. Cast granule into all bleed out. <br />Lower East: <br />1. Include stainless steel coping on this roof section. Wrap parapet wall with base and cap <br />sheet following Garland details. <br />2. Contractor to enlarge scuppers as needed to meet drainage requirements. <br />Add Alternate: Chiller Roof: <br />1. '/4" slope is required. Contractor responsible for positive drainage. <br />2. Insulation must have a minimum R-20 value. All Insulation layers are to be adhered to the <br />deck using Y2"to %" wide beads of Insulock HR. Refer to roofing application <br />standard RAS 117 for attachment methods. <br />6. Install 1 ply of Flexbase 80 adhered to the coverboard using weatherking membrane <br />adhesive at a rate of 2.5 Gal / Sq. <br />7. Install one ply of the specified Mineral cap sheet using weatherking membrane adhesive at <br />a rate of 2.5 Gal / Sq. <br />8.
