All <br />work shall be in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 399, Florida Statutes, governing <br />elevators, as an elevator service contractor. The awarded Contractor shall perform routine and periodic <br />inspections and tests on the elevator components. <br />All Minimum Qualification Requirements (MQRs) must be submitted with Proposer's response. <br />a.
