Planholders are for bidders subscribed to the solicitation to receive all the <br />notifications. On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, the city held a mandatory pre-bid meeting that included a <br />site -visit with the project managers and BEA Architects, 15 interested bidders attended the mandatory <br />meeting. <br />On March 5, 2025, the City received nine (9) electronic bid submissions: <br />Upon review of each bid, the recommendation is to award and enter into agreement with Waypoint <br />Contracting, Inc., as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. <br />The scope of the ITB is as follows: <br />Item Number: 9.K <br />346 <br />
