October 24, 2019 <br />VIA FACSIMILE TR.ANSMISSIQN (407) 770-5131 <br />Romacorp, Inc. <br />11315 Corporate Boulevard, Suite 100 <br />Orlando, Florida 32817 <br />Re: Lease Between Sunny Isles Beach and Romacorp, Inc. <br />10805 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />Gentlemen: <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 11. 1.2 of the above referenced Lease, this letter will <br />serve as notice that Romacorp, Inc. is in default of said Lease for failure to pay the Base Monthly <br />Rent and the Percentage Rent for the months of July, August, September and October, 2019 as <br />required by Sections 2.2.1 and 2.2.2, in the total amount of $87,360.00, which includes late <br />charges for those four months. <br />In the event the total amount set forth above is not paid in Pill %within seven (7) days from <br />the transmittal of this notice, the City will avail itself of all remedies available to it pursuant to <br />the Lease.
