Section 1. Termination of Agreement. The City Commission hereby authorizes the City <br />Manager to terminate the Agreement with Vendor for the Services. <br />Section 2. Approval of Agreement. The City Commission hereby approves the new <br />Agreement with the Vendor to provide Services to the City, attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 3. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Section 4. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
