NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval an Agreement. The City Commission hereby approves an Agreement <br />with Vendor for the desired Services, in an Amount Not to Exceed One Hundred Three <br />Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($103,350.00), which includes a <br />contingency in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($50,000.00), attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of the Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate the terms of the Agreement. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
