The <br />Contractor is responsible to provide additional staff as needed to perform this work and <br />all other work contained in this ITB. <br /> <br />The City shall not be liable for any overtime costs for any staff working in excess of eight <br />(8) hours per day or (40) hours per week in order to accomplish the Work in accordance <br />with the Performance Standards. <br /> <br />Note: Personnel such as field supervisor and staff shall not be interchangeable between <br />ROW and Parks. ROW and Parks shall have their own personnel. The only exception the <br />City is willing to consider is one (1) Program Manager overseeing both Parks and ROWs <br />but your Bid submittal must make note that you are planning as such under the <br />exceptions. <br /> <br />2.18.4 PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS <br /> The Contractor must furnish sufficient competent and qualified personnel to perform all <br />Work specified in the Contract. The Contractor must submit within fourteen (14) days of <br />execution of the Contract, a list of all personnel proposed to work under the Contract. <br />The list must be updated immediately when changes occur throughout the term of the <br />contract <br /> <br />2.18.5 All irrigation maintenance and repairs shall be performed by, or under the direct <br />supervision of an IA Certified Irrigation Technician. <br /> <br />2.18.6 All pesticide applications shall be performed by a Contractor licensed and insured as a <br />State of Florida Licensed Commercial Applicator. In addition, the staff performing the <br />pesticide application shall be licensed as Commercial Operators per Florida Statute <br />Chapter 482 and Rule 5E-14. <br /> <br />2.18.7 All pruning will be performed by, or under the direct on-site supervision of, staff with <br />proper documented education and training in proper pruning techniques. Pruning shall <br />be performed under the supervision of an ISA certified Arborist with a minimum five (5) <br />years experience with South Florida trees. The certified arborist shall be on site at all times <br />when pruning occurs. <br /> <br />2.18.8 All Maintenance of Traffic personnel shall be trained and certified in accordance with the <br />most recently adopted FDOT Temporary Traffic Control (TTC) standard specifications. <br /> <br />2.18.9 The Contractor shall be available to meet with all public utilities to locate all irrigation and <br />hydraulic lines prior to excavation by the utility company. The Contractor is to act as the <br />City’s Representative in order to avoid unnecessary damage to irrigation lines. <br /> <br />2.19 UNIFORM/APPEARANCE <br /> <br />Contractor personnel located at Work sites must present a neat appearance, and must wear <br />distinct clothing bearing the Contractor’s name for easy identification. All Contractor employees, <br />including the Field Supervisor, must wear a distinctive and neat uniform, which the Contractor
