covenants to provide cost neutrality to CITY. As such, CONTRACTOR will maintain an accounting of any net balances owed to CONTRACTOR on a calendar quarterly basis. If the total amount of funds collected during any calendar quarterly period is less than the amount otherwise due from CITY to CONTRACTOR for the same quarterly period, CONTRACTOR hereby waives the difference and shall accept as full payment for said calendar quarter the funds received by CONTRACTOR at the lock box controlled by CONTRACTOR for the benefit of CITY. The parties further acknowledge that any payments made by a violator pursuant to a Uniform Traffic Citation shall be the sole property of CITY, and CONTRACTOR shall have no claim to said funds. The fees set forth in this Section 3 shall include any and all reimbursable expenses and costs incurred in retaining subcontractors or any other costs incurred in performing the Project Scope of Services. 4. Term: The term of this Agreement shall commence on March 1, 2018. Upon the effective date of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall begin installation of the equipment necessary to provide the Project Scope of Services.
