5.1.28 Installation of equipment and the direct supervision of the installation <br />shall be performed by the Contractor. <br />5.1.29 The Contractor should be responsible for transferring processed data <br />and images no less frequently than one time per day, on a scheduled agreed <br />upon by the Contractor and the City. <br />5.2 Infraction Processing <br />5.2.1 Explain why the Contractor's infraction processing system is the <br />best choice for the Ci ? <br />5.2.2 Can the proposed infraction processing system, perform 100% of its <br />functions remotely and without being installed on City <br />owned/maintained IT systems? <br />5.2.3 Contractor's infraction processing system should allow the City a <br />detailed view into all of the information recorded and stored from <br />intersections in the City of Sarasota <br />5.2.4 All access to the infraction processing system for the purpose of <br />preprocessing infractions, police authorization of infractions, notice printing, <br />payment tracking, and generation of documents for appeal hearings should <br />be securely accessible via the Internet. <br />5.2.4.a The infraction processing and infraction payment parts of the <br />system should be available 24 hours/day and 7 days/week for authorized <br />users. <br />5.2.5 The infraction processing system should provide the following <br />functions: <br />(a) Web -enabled access and operation <br />Secure user log -in and access <br />(c) Automatic display of images and data captured by the camera <br />system for Department staff <br />(e) Easy review of infraction evidence against regulations <br />(f) Ability to both "play" full motion video and view multiple scene <br />and Iicense plate images <br />(g) Ability to view each image as a full screen enlargement with a single <br />click <br />(h) Ability to view all original images <br />17-29 Fled Light Enforcement 95 of 105 Exhibit A Opens 4/21/2017 at 2:30 P.M, <br />
