These <br />trucks are needed for Facilities, Streets and PW Operations. As you may be aware, there is a possibility <br />of tariffs and vehicle price increases in the near future. In light of this potential development, we need to <br />assess our planned vehicle replacements for the upcoming FY26 budget. <br />To avoid incurring higher costs in a few months, we may consider proceeding with the vehicle purchases <br />now- subject to approval of a budget amendment. <br />The attached vehicles are currently available for purchase at Alan Jay. <br />1. Ford F-150 — Streets Division (New Vehicle) This vehicle will serve as a new addition for the future <br />Public Works Street Foreman. It is necessary to ensure proper field mobility and support for supervisory <br />oversight of street maintenance activities throughout the City. <br />2. Ford F-150—Streets Division (Replacement Vehicle) <br />The second Ford F-150 will replace a current vehicle from model year 2016.
