<br /> <br />14 <br />ITB 25-06-01 CITYWIDE HVAC MANAGEMENT PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />2.8 FIRM BID PRICE <br /> <br />If the Bidder is awarded a contract under this solicitation, the prices proposed by the Bidder shall <br />remain fixed and firm during the term of the contract. <br /> <br />2.9 ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT LISTED WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION <br /> <br />While the City has listed all major locations within this solicitation, the City may request the Bidder <br />to perform maintenance to additional locations, as the City further enhances its drainage <br />infrastructure for which prices are not established in the Contract. Under these circumstances, <br />the City Project Manager(s) will contact the Bidder to obtain a quote based on the contract’s unit <br />prices. <br /> <br />2.10 DELIVERY & PROTECTION OF MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT <br />Requirements warrant that lead-times for furnishing and delivery of equipment and supplies will <br />need to be considered to accommodate the project timeframe. Due to long fabrication and <br />delivery lead times, Contractor shall provide to the City a list of equipment required to maintain <br />orderly progress of the Work and those required to order immediately upon NTP. <br /> <br />All material must be F.O.B. destination City of Sunny Isles Beach. The Contractor is solely liable <br />and responsible for the purchase, delivery, and installation of all materials and equipment. The <br />contractor will make all arrangements in regards to delivery, storage, installation, and warranty <br />requirements. Contractor will be solely liable for receiving, inspecting, accepting, and replacing <br />any damaged materials or equipment and filing any and all claim with suppliers or transporters. <br />Contractor is responsible for the protection of all materials and equipment from adverse weather <br />conditions, damage, deterioration, and theft until the Work has been accepted by the City. <br />All bidders shall quote prices based on furnished and installed materials. <br /> <br />2.11 INSURANCE <br /> <br /> Comprehensive General Liability Insurance <br />General Liability for Bodily Injury & Property Damage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence <br />and $1,000,000 annual aggregate on a primary and non-contributory basis, including the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach as Additional Insured, with a Waiver of Subrogation to the City and a Hold <br />Harmless Agreement. Name The City of Sunny Isles Beach as an “Additional Insured”. Coverage <br />must be offered in a form no more restrictive than the latest edition of the Comprehensive <br />General Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services <br />Office, and shall specifically include the following with minimum limits not less than those <br />required for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability: <br />• Excess Liability coverage on an umbrella form with minimum limits of $5,000,000 per <br />occurrence and $5,000,000 aggregate.
