If the umbrella policy includes an “transfer or rights of recovery clause” <br />said policy must be endorsed with the required waiver of subrogation endorsement <br />consistent with the primary policy. The primary and non-contributory and waiver of <br />subrogation endorsements must be attached to the certificate of insurance. <br /> <br />Pollution Liability Insurance in an amount of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br />per occurrence. <br />• Premises and Operation; <br />• Independent Contractors; <br />• Products and/or Completed Operations Hazard; <br />• Broad Form Property Damage; <br /> Broad Form Contractual Coverage applicable to this specific Contract, including <br />any hold harmless and/or indemnification agreement. <br />• Personal Injury Coverage with Employee and Contractual Exclusions removed, <br />with minimum limits of coverage equal to those required for Bodily Injury Liability and <br />Property Damage Liability. <br /> <br /> 2.11.2 Business Automobile Liability <br />Business Automobile Liability with minimum limits of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) <br />per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage <br />Liability. Coverage must be afforded on a form no more restrictive than the latest edition <br />of the Business Automobile Liability policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by <br />the Insurance Services Office, and must include: <br />• Owned Vehicles; <br />• Hired and Non-Owned Vehicles; <br />• Employers’ Non-City ship. <br /> <br />Before starting the Work, the Contractor will file and make sure that all certificates of <br />insurance required by this document and by the Contract are in the City’s possession. <br />These certificates shall contain a provision that the coverage afforded under the policies <br />will not be canceled or materially changed until at least thirty (30) days prior written <br />notice has been given to the City by certified mail. The City shall be named as an <br />additional insured on the above-referenced policies. <br /> <br />The Contractor agrees that if any part of the Work under the Contract is subcontracted, <br />they will require the Sub-Contractor(s) to carry insurance as required, and that they will <br />require the Sub-Contractor(s) to furnish to them insurance certificates similar to those <br />required by the City in this section. <br /> <br /> 2.11.3 Worker’s Compensation Insurance
