Staffing <br /> <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors <br /> <br />• The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to <br />the management contract can be drawn. <br />• The composition of the staff team that will be assigned to the contract. <br />• The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br />• Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of <br />staff <br />• Each proposal must identify the name(s) and address(es) of all Subcontractors, <br />suppliers and other persons and organizations including those who are to furnish <br />the principal items of material and equipment. If requested by City after Bid <br />Opening and before Award, the successful Bidder shall submit to City additional <br />detail on any or all Subcontractors or Suppliers including without limitation, <br />pertinent information regarding similar projects, and other evidence of <br />qualification for each such Subcontractor, Supplier, other persons or <br />organization. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br /> <br />Bidders’ approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br />must reference: <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks. <br /> Overall organization to completing the project. <br /> Work plan explaining how they intend on meeting the established deadlines. <br /> Bidders are required to provide an Emergency Response Plan with 2 Hour <br />Response for emergency call-outs (submit with bid). <br /> Bidders shall specify on the attached Bid Form the estimated <br />response/mobilization time necessary to get crews working after contract <br />award. <br /> <br /> 5. Corporate Standing and Authorized Signatory <br /> <br />Bidders must demonstrate that the company is in good standing and that the person <br />signing this submittal is an Authorized Signatory on behalf of the Bidders to sign bids,
