Below are five representative projects that <br />reflect the size, scope, and technical complexity of the work outlined in ITB 25-06-01. <br />● Tiffany Gardens <br />○ At Tiffany Gardens, Cool Water completed a full installation of a new cooling <br />tower, variable frequency drive (VFD), solid separator system, water treatment <br />system, heat exchanger, and boiler, along with a new control system and all <br />associated piping. A change order in the amount of $19,900 was approved for the <br />installation of a complete web server and control interface.
