Our team <br />includes EPA-certified technicians, experienced project managers, and dedicated administrative <br />support staff. We have an excellent track record of on-time performance and compliance with all <br />safety, reporting, and regulatory requirements. <br /> <br />We are uniquely qualified to perform the scope of work outlined in this ITB based on our: <br />● Experience with municipal contracts: We currently maintain systems for multiple <br />government-owned sites, including schools, courthouses, and airport facilities, with <br />comparable complexity to the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s facilities. <br />● Preventative maintenance expertise: Our standard operating procedures include monthly <br />inspections, filter changes, performance testing, and proactive communication <br />protocols—aligned with the City’s needs. <br />● Emergency response capabilities: With 24/7 on-call support and GPS-tracked technicians, <br />we guarantee fast response and resolution times. <br />● Compliance and documentation: We meet or exceed all reporting, EEO, and certified <br />payroll requirements, ensuring transparency and accountability on all projects. <br /> <br />We meet or exceed the requirements of the ITB in the following ways: <br />● Technician Qualifications: All field staff are licensed and OSHA-certified, with <br />additional training in handling variable air volume (VAV), rooftop units, and building <br />automation systems (BAS). <br />● Response Time: We exceed minimum standards by offering 24/7 emergency coverage <br />with a 2-hour response time. <br />● Project Management: Our internal system ensures full tracking of service schedules, <br />parts, labor, and reports through cloud-based platforms and client portals.
