Section 2 – Qualifications Introduction Letter Date: June 27, 2025 To: City of Sunny Isles Beach – Procurement Department Cool Water Air Conditioning (RGEN Enterprises LLC) is pleased to submit our bid for ITB 25-06-01: Citywide HVAC Management System Preventative Maintenance. Cool Water Air Conditioning has been in business for over thirty years, with decades of combined HVAC experience. We are proud to be a part of the local pipefitters union 725 as our technicians are the highest trained in the industry and are capable of performing work on all HVAC systems from 1 ton to 1,000 tons. Cool Water has a proven track record with public-sector clients, our largest customer is the Miami International Airport where we are in charge of a comprehensive maintenance contract with over 30 sites including all IT Room equipment. Cool Water has been working in MIA for over 15 years and continues to grow our footprint as we take on more work within the sites. Cool Water excels in all aspects of HVAC inclusive of maintenance, repairs, renovations and new installations. We are fully equipped to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and responsive service across all listed facilities. Cool Water Air Conditioning also has immense technological expertise as we utilize an enterprise system to log all equipment inventory for all of our clients, add checklists and notes for our technicians to fill out while on site that get provided directly to the customer after each visit and a timeline to ensure all activities are noted and kept on file to ensure proper equipment history is maintained. Our company is licensed as a CMC and CAC Mechanical Contractor and holds all proper insurance requirements, with recent HVAC projects that mirror this ITB in size and scope.
