We anticipate commencing work within 5 business days from notice to <br />proceed, completing the prescribed work within 3 weeks. <br />Table 1 Schedule Estimate of Engineering Services <br />TASK <br />DURATION <br />NTP + 3 Months <br />Task 1 —Acquire Back round Data <br />Task 2 — Exposure and Sensitivity Analyses <br />NTP + 8 Months <br />Task 3 — Final Vulnerability Assessment Report <br />NTP + 10 Months <br />Task 4 — Draft Adaptation Needs and Strategies <br />NTP + 14 Months <br />Task 5 — Community Prioritization of Adaptation Needs <br />NTP + 15 Months <br />Task 6 — Final Adaptation Plan <br />NTP + 17 Months <br />Task 7 — Public Outreach and Stakeholder Engagement <br />NTP + 17 Months <br />TOTAL DURATION <br />17 Months <br />CITY'S RESPONSIBILITY <br />The CITY will assist CONSULTANT with the following items in order to expedite the completion <br />of the project in an effective manner. <br />A. Designate a representative(s) who will have the authority to transmit instruction, receive <br />information and enunciate policies and decisions. <br />B. Provide access to and obtain permission for CONSULTANT to enter upon public lands as <br />required at no additional cost to perform surveys, observations, or other necessary services <br />under this Agreement. <br />C. Assist in obtaining required approvals, permits, or consents from governmental or regulatory <br />bodies or others necessary for the completion of the work, with CONSULTANT being <br />primarily responsible for preparation of permit applications and supporting documentation. <br />D. Make available to CONSULTANT all of its existing information which may in any way be <br />pertinent to the project. <br />E. Attend meetings with regulatory agencies. <br />F. Review contract documents and provide comments in a timely manner. <br />Assumptions <br />A. Analyses will be performed in NAVD 88. <br />B. GIS files and associated metadata will adhere to the Resilient Florida Program's GIS data <br />standards and raw data sources will be defined within the associated metadata. <br />C. Deliverables will be issued as a draft for review by CITY. CONSULTANT estimates an <br />approximate 2 -week time frame for the comments. After receiving comments from the CITY, <br />CONSULTANT will reconcile the comments into a final version.
