PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2025-02 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant has submitted applications for a Site Plan <br />Modification and Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) for the <br />Mansions at Acqualina located at 17749 Collins Avenue. The <br />Site Plan Modification requests to increase the floor area of <br />Unit 3001 by 313 square feet, through the City's TDRs <br />program, to enclose a portion of the unit's west balcony. The <br />Site Plan Modification will increase the overall floor area for <br />the Mansions at Acqualina project from 435,699 square feet <br />to 436,012 square feet of floor area. <br />Further, the Applicant requests approval for the purchase and <br />assignment of TDRs in the amount of 313 square feet of floor <br />area and 0 dwelling units from the City's public TDR bank <br />account. <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />15 <br />
