PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Application Number: PZ2025-09 <br />Application Summary: The Applicant has submitted applications for a Site Plan <br />Modification and Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) for the <br />Mansions at Acqualina located at 17749 Collins Avenue. The <br />Site Plan Modification requests to increase the floor area of <br />Unit 801 by 313 square feet, through the City's TDRs program, <br />to enclose a portion of the unit's west balcony to create a <br />bedroom. The Site Plan Modification will increase the overall <br />floor area for the Mansions at Acqualina project from 436,012 <br />square feet to 436,325 square feet of floor area. <br />Further, the Applicant requests approval for the purchase and <br />assignment of TDRs in the amount of 313 square feet of floor <br />area and 0 dwelling units from the City's public TDR bank <br />account. <br />Page 1 of 10 <br />11 <br />
