Service Provider <br />warrants that: (a) Services will be performed in a timely, efficient, professional, <br />and workmanlike manner; (b) all Contractor personnel assigned to perform <br />Services will have the necessary skill and training; and (c) Services will be <br />performed In a manner consistent with the standard of care in the industry; and <br />(d) Service provider will provide any necessary support personnel, equipment <br />or tools needed to access and repair all equipment In the field. (e) This contract <br />Implies and entails a labor services contract only. All equipment outside of <br />original hardware manufactures warranty will be quoted and require PO prior to <br />replacement / services for replacement occurring. (f) Repair timelines are subject <br />to equipment supply and original manufactures RMA process / timellnes <br />Equipment Covered: <br />a. Avigilon CCN hardware <br />b. Avigilon CCN software <br />c. Avigilon CCN system supporting hardware (wireless radio hardware/software <br />and LAN switching/communications hardware. Limited to equipment that was <br />sold and installed by Vetted Security Solutions) <br />c. Vigilant LPR hardware <br />d. Vigilant LPR software & applications <br />e. Hiperwall hardware <br />d. Hiperwall software & applications <br />TOTAL: <br />$65,000.00 <br />Scope of Work <br />DURING THE SERVICE / WARRANTY PERIOD <br />a. Vetted Security Solutions provides phone support Monday through Friday 8-5 eastern time support line <br />available at 727-440-3245, excluding legal holidays. A 24-hour support ticket system is available at https:// <br />vettedsecuritysolutions.com/support/ and allows users to create a ticket automatically which will send you an <br />email you're your ticket number allowing you to track the status of your issue and view tech responses. <br />b. Vetted Security Solutions will diagnose the issue and provide analysis of cause of issue within a 72 -hour <br />period of being notified of issue by either 24-hour support ticket system or agency personnel. <br />c. Vetted Security Solutions will assure that repairs are completed within specifications with OEM parts or <br />current market equivalent. <br />d. This warranty does not cover vandalism or units that have been physically damaged in any way or that have <br />been through a force majeure event. <br />Notes <br />Terms & Conditions <br />1. All prices are quoted in USD and will remain firm and in effect for 30 days. <br />2. This Quote does not include anything outside the above -stated bill of materials. <br />3.
