All deductibles must be declared by the Firm <br />and must be approved by the City. At the option of the City, either the Firm shall eliminate <br />or reduce such deductible or the Firm shall procure a Bond, in a form satisfactory to the <br />City, covering the same. <br /> <br />NOTE: THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, CONTRACT NUMBER AND TITLE MUST APPEAR ON <br />EACH CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH MUST BE SHOWN AS AN <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED WITH RESPECT TO THIS COVERAGE. <br /> <br />2.10 MONTHLY / QUARTERLY INVOICES PAYMENTS <br />If applicable, the Awarded contractor shall submit invoice for review and processing to <br />Accountspayable@sibfl.net. <br /> <br />2.11 MULTIPLE AWARD <br /> <br />Although the intent is to only award to one firm, the City reserves the right to award multiple <br />firms (primary and secondary) as available, by line item, by group, or in its entirety, as deemed <br />the best interest of the City. The City will endeavor to utilize consultant(s) in order of award. It is <br />the intent of the City to award a Primary and a Secondary Consultant for services to be provided <br />to the City under this proposal. The Primary Consultant shall be the initial firm mobilized by the <br />City. The Secondary Consultant will be utilized in instances where the scope of the event merits <br />additional resources to assist the Primary Consultant, or if the Primary Consultant has defaulted <br />its contract. However, the City may utilize other proposals in the event that: 1) the consultant is <br />unable to be in compliance with any contract or delivery requirement; 2) it is in the best interest <br />of the City to do so regardless of reason. <br /> <br />2.12 CLEAN-UP <br /> <br />The Contractor shall at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or <br />rubbish caused by his employees or the Work. Upon final completion of the Work and before <br />acceptance and final payment shall be made, the Contractor shall clean and remove from the <br />site and adjacent property, all surplus and discarded materials, rubbish, and temporary <br />structures. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall restore in an acceptable manner all property which, has been <br />damaged/altered during the execution of the work. The Contractor shall leave the site and <br />vicinity unobstructed in a neat and presentable condition throughout the entire area. <br /> <br />2.13 COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STANDARDS <br /> <br />All items to be purchased under this contract shall be in accordance with all governmental <br />standards, to include, but not be limited to, those issued by the Occupational Safety and Health <br />Administration (OSHA), the National Institute of Occupational Safety Hazards (NIOSH), and the <br />National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). <br /> <br />2.14 SUBCONTRACTORS
