Continuous water supply available; hoses as necessary. <br />3. General grounds keeping of the Project Site. <br />4. Reserved curbside parking in close proximity to the site for Contractor’s installation and <br />removal phase. <br /> <br />3.7 RELEASE OF LIABILITY <br /> <br />The Contractor shall release and discharge the City of Sunny Isles Beach from any and all liability <br />for loss of merchandise, goods, equipment or other property of the Contractor or his agents if <br />lost, damaged, or destroyed by fire, theft, rain, water, storm, power/utility outages, riot, civil <br />disobedience, vandalism, or any other cause(s). <br /> <br />3.8 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE STAND-BY <br /> <br />Professional technicians available 24-hours per day, 7 days a week on a 2-hour response basis, for <br />all attraction components. <br /> <br />3.9 STAFFING <br /> <br />Contractor will be solely and wholly responsible for all staffing required to operate and maintain <br />the Activation. <br /> <br />3.10 CLEAN UP AFTER PROJECT IS COMPLETED <br /> <br />All unusable materials and debris shall be removed from the City premises. The successful <br />Contractor shall thoroughly clean up all areas at all times and after the season ends as mutually <br />agreed with the City’s project manager. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall restore in an acceptable manner to the City all property which, has been <br />damaged/altered during the execution of the work. The Contractor shall leave the site and <br />vicinity unobstructed in a neat and presentable condition throughout the entire area. <br /> <br />3.11 SPECIAL EVENTS <br /> <br />Subject to prior written approval from the City, the Contractor may conduct special events or <br />programs at the premises. The Contractor shall submit to the City for approval all plans for any <br />events or programs at the premises, and in no event shall the premises be closed to conduct <br />private activities during public hours of use except when such activities are specifically approved <br />or sponsored by the City and such a closure has been announced to the public at least two weeks <br />in advance of such activities or events. <br /> <br />All revenue generated through such special events must be reported to the City as Gross Receipts. <br />Approved special events may be subject to a Special Event Permit and other permitting and <br />licensing as may be required by the City, County, or State. <br /> <br />
