Staffing <br />Employee Status <br />All employees assigned to the City of Sunny Isles Beach project will be employees of Miami Holiday <br />Lights (AOM Events Miami/Los Angeles LLC), under our sole direction and supervision. Our crews wear <br />professional branded uniforms (Miami Holiday Lights logo shirts, safety vests, hard hats where required), <br />and all personnel are trained in safety, CLIPA installation standards, and municipal compliance <br />procedures. <br />Key Personnel and Qualifications <br />Daniel “Dan” Vazquez – President & Lead Event Architect <br />Founder of Miami Holiday Lights. 25+ years of event production experience including Super Bowls, <br />Grammy Awards, Summit of the Americas, and large-scale municipal holiday décor. Provides <br />executive oversight and design direction. <br />Josh Perez – Director of Operations <br />Responsible for all company operations. Will be onsite for pre-installation, daily operations <br />throughout the season, and dismantle in January.
