Our workforce undergoes annual safety training, background checks, and <br />refresher courses in commercial lighting installation practices. This ensures sufficient staff is available <br />for installation, maintenance, and takedown. <br />LED systems. <br />Casey [Last Name] – IT & Inventory Manager <br />Oversees barcoding, inventory management, and materials tracking to ensure timely and accurate <br />delivery of décor. <br />Dave Cook will serve as the dedicated event representative for the City of Sunny Isles Beach, ensuring <br />clear communication and coordination before, during, and after installation. <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br />Proposer’s Approach to Providing Services <br />Miami Holiday Lights approaches this project with a turnkey, end-to-end methodology designed to <br />ensure safety, reliability, and visual impact. We blend creative holiday design with precise planning and <br />execution, ensuring every element of the event is delivered on time, within budget, and to the City’s <br />expectations.Methodology for Requested Services <br />Planning & City Approvals <br />Collaborate with City staff to finalize design concepts, event layouts, and installation timelines. <br />Submit renderings, décor samples, and site plans for formal approval prior to work commencing. <br />re-Production & Logistics <br />Pull and barcode all inventory from our Miami warehouse. <br />Pre-light and safety-check every strand and motif. <br />Stage décor for efficient load-out and installation. <br />Installation <br />Director of Operations Josh Perez onsite for all pre-installation setup, daily supervision during <br />installation, and dismantle in January. <br />Crews divided into specialized teams (palm tree wrapping, pole décor, ground displays, entry features). <br />Installation completed to CLIPA standards: 4-inch vertical wraps, commercial-grade LED lighting, and <br />weatherproof connections. <br />Event Operations & Maintenance <br />Dedicated Event Representative (Dave Cook) available to the City for all communications during the <br />event season. <br />Nightly inspections and rapid maintenance response within 24 hours of any outage. <br />Onsite support during opening night and peak weekends. <br />Dismantle & Storage <br />Post-season takedown in January supervised by Josh Perez. <br />Décor carefully labeled, packed, and stored for re-use (if applicable). <br />Additional Information for City Evaluation <br />Miami Holiday Lights is the only CLIPA-certified firm in South Florida. <br />We operate from a local Wynwood warehouse (minutes from Sunny Isles Beach), ensuring rapid <br />response to any service or weather-related issues. <br /> 6/16
