red/teal Miami Holiday Lights design and format it into a proposal PDF page now, or should I keep
Advanced Planning & City Approvals
We use the same world-class planning software that was utilized to design and manage every venue
for the Paris Olympics.
This technology allows us to design every aspect of the Sunny Isles Winterland event with precision—
accurately modeling venue dimensions, décor placement, traffic flow, and safety zones.
Before installation begins, we know every element will fit perfectly, with proper guest spacing, clear
emergency access routes, and compliance with safety standards.
Renderings, décor samples, and site plans will be submitted to the City for approval prior to installation.
Pre-Production & Logistics
Inventory pulled, barcoded, and pre-tested at our Miami warehouse.
Décor staged and organized for efficient delivery and setup.
Trucking, lifts, and crew schedules coordinated in advance.
Installations completed to CLIPA standards with commercial-grade LED lighting and weatherproof
connections.
