There is also software used for the required security <br />cameras on the buses and automatic passenger counters. The current software is inadequate and many <br />complaints have been received by the public. <br />This fiscal year, Transportation budgeted to replace this system with a more advanced and reliable <br />service. Over the course of many months, a team of employees have field reviewed several vendor <br />options to determine the one that will be best suited for our operation. <br />The City Project Manager's recommend ETA Phi Systems Inc. to meet our transportation needs. This <br />new software system for the Shuttle Buses provides a user-friendly mobile application that features <br />multiple languages to better inform our residents on arrival and departures times as well as prompts for <br />Item Number: 91 <br />407 <br />
