The proposed system will include updated cameras, fixed base route <br />system, an automatic passenger count (APC), Real-time GPS/Arrivals-Departures (GTFS-RT) package, <br />automatic voice announcements (AVA), infotainment LCD screens, digital vehicle inspection record <br />(DVIR) and onboard cellular router. The city is requesting approval to award ETA Phi Systems, Inc., a <br />contract amount Not -To -Exceed $478,107.00 across a five (5) year period. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Lead Time: <br />With a targeted Notice -To -Proceed date of October 6, 2025, a System Burn -In Period Ending November <br />6, 2025, and the phasing out of the existing system, ETA's system should be fully deployed by December <br />30, 2025. <br />Procurement Method: <br />Pursuant to Sunny Isles Beach Code of Ordinances § 62-13.
