Modifications. <br />Unless otherwise stated in the Term Contract, any amendments to this Term Contract must be <br />in accordance with Exhibit B, Enterprise Standard Terms and Conditions. If amendments are <br />made to the Master Contract after the effective date of this Term Contract, the Contractor shall: <br />1) notify the Department of such amendments; and 2) provided the Department is amenable <br />to incorporating the amendments into this Term Contract, enter into awritten amendment with <br />the Department in accordance with Exhibit B, Enterprise Standard Terms and Conditions. <br />IN WITNESS THEREOF, the Parties hereto have caused this Term Contract to be executed by <br />the undersigned duly authorized undersigned officials. <br />W.W.
