WHEREAS, the City Commission of the finds that it is in the best interest of the City to <br />purchase the Additional Drones and Dedrone System from the Vendor, in a total amount not to <br />exceed One Million Fifty -Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty -Seven Dollars and Twenty Cents <br />($1,054,667.20), which includes a contingency in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />($50,000.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of First Amendment. The City Commission hereby approves the First <br />Amendment to the Master Services Agreement with the Vendor for the purchase of the <br />Additional Drones and Dedrone System from the Vendor, in a total amount not to exceed One <br />Million Fifty -Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixty -Seven Dollars and Twenty Cents ($1,054,667.20), <br />which includes a contingency in the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. <br />Effective Date.
