The purpose of this Plan is to ensure suitable <br />and effective preparedness for rapid and appropriate incident response. The plan has been <br />developed to ensure the protection of the employees, environment, and assets of YC Group, <br />LLC. For the purposes of this EAP, an incident is defined as an event that interrupts normal <br />activities and may result in a threat to human health and/or the environment if not properly <br />addressed.This EAP is designed to be applicable to any type of incident that may affect the <br />facility. The EAP is based on the concept that elements of incident response are similar, <br />regardless of the hazard. However, the EAP will address situations that require additional <br />details and preparation. All YC Group, LLC employees, its subcontractors and vendors must <br />comply with the requirements of this EAP and be trained to its contents. <br /> <br />In case of an Emergency call 911 <br /> <br />Emergency Contact for the Project Bella Vista Park Seawall Replacement located at 500 Sunny <br />Isles Beach Blvd, Florida 33160.
