3. Article 22 - Holiday Leave has been modified to include the recent addition of Law Enforcement <br />Appreciation Day as a city observed holiday. Paid time off on holidays shall be equivalent to the <br />employee's regularly scheduled workday. The Holiday Deferred Pay Program will have no <br />minimum vacation hours needed to participate. <br />4. Article 25 - Group Insurance has been modified to reflect that upon retirement, employees with <br />20 or more years of sworn service with the City, the monthly stipend will go from $500 to $750 <br />until the age of 65 at which time it shall be reduced to $500 rather than the previous established <br />$250. Employees who retired prior to the effective date shall remain as specified under the <br />previous contract. <br />5. Addendum A — Pay Plan Table has been included, which is based upon a salary survey of local <br />police departments.
