August 13, 2025 / Page 4 of 8 <br />11723.14 — SR 826 Service Road Parking Lot - City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Task 403 Engineering Permitting <br />KEITH will prepare and submit the permit applications for the construction of the following <br />improvements and process them through the following regulatory agencies: <br />Paving, Grading, and Drainage System <br />• Florida Department of Transportation — Drainage Connection Permit. <br />• Miami -Dade County DERM — Water Control Section (WCS). <br />• City Engineering Division. <br />Pavement Markings and Signage <br />• Florida Department of Transportation — Access Permit. <br />• City Engineering. <br />KEITH will supply erosion control plans and ERP / Surface Water management permits, to the <br />owner and building contractor for contractor's use in preparing the NPDES Storm Water Pollution <br />Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and securing the required NPDES Construction Activity Permit. The <br />contractor (as permittee) is responsible for monitoring the construction activity for compliance with <br />the NPDES permit and report to FDEP in accordance with the Permit. <br />If additional permits are required, KEITH will process them and the fees for these additional <br />services will be submitted to CLIENT as additional services under a contract addendum if <br />required. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Permit applications and submittal documents required for above listed regulatory <br />agencies for the listed project improvements. <br />ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES (Subconsultant — SGM Engineering) <br />Task 501 Electrical Construction Documents (CD) - SGM <br />The electrical subconsultant (SGM) will continue to provide electrical engineering services for the <br />design documents of the new life safety lighting for the parking lot located under Florida State <br />Road 826 in the City of Sunny Isles Beach in Florida with the understanding that electrical service <br />will be required to be provided via directional bore. <br />The additional fee related to this task is also due to increase in rates related to the scope of work. <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SERVICES <br />Task 701 Construction Documents — Final Landscape (CD) <br />KEITH will develop the construction documents in coordination with the overall design team and <br />CLIENT. The drawings will be developed in 60% or preliminary documentation for review and <br />coordination, as well as a final for Permit or 100% Construction Documentation. <br />KEITH will visit the project to confirm and evaluate the location, size, and quality of existing trees <br />on the project site and identify which trees are to be removed or relocated, as well as any <br />remaining trees that will require protection. KEITH will utilize the tree survey and will field verify <br />all data prior to completion of plans. <br />Deliverables <br />1. Construction Documents (60% and Final Construction Documents) <br />a) Landscape Plan and Details — Specific elements, specification, quantity, layout, <br />notes, and details. <br />b) Tree Disposition Plan — Size, condition, disposition, and mitigation calculations <br />c) Irrigation Plans and Details — Point of connection, head layout, piping, equipment <br />schedule and details. <br />0 Engineering Inspired Design. <br />1 <br />
