The property is approximately 0.25 acres and is <br />within FDOT right-of-way. The City has advised that they have authorization by FDOT to use this area as <br />part of a Lease Agreement, and they will process any amendments that may be required. <br />Keith and Associates has provided a proposal for these services for an amount of $79,630.00, with <br />$4,370.00 contingency, for an amount not to exceed $84,000.00 <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Item Number: 9.K <br />383 <br />
