Section 2. Award of Bid No. 25-06-01 and Approval of Agreement. The City Commission <br />hereby awards the ITB to, and approves an Agreement with, the Primary Awardee to provide <br />the Services, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Forty -Five Thousand Four Hundred <br />Seventy -Two Dollars and No Cents ($145,472.00), which includes a contingency, if necessary, in <br />the amount of Fifty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($50,000.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 3. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Section 4. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
