<br />1.8 Compliance with Laws
<br />1.8.1 Contractor and the Services must comply with all applicable federal, state,
<br />and local laws, codes, ordinances, rules, and regulations including, without limitation,
<br />the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, Section 504 of the
<br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and any related federal, state, or local laws, rules, and
<br />regulations.
<br />1.8.2 ADA Compliance
<br />Upon request, Contractor will provide the City with any accessibility testing results
<br />and written documentation verifying accessibility for documents delivered by the
<br />Contractor to the City, as well as promptly respond to and resolve accessibility
<br />complaints.
<br />1.9 Electronic Recordkeeping
<br />1.9.1 Contractor certifies its services and products meet all recordkeeping
<br />requirements of the State of Florida, including but not limited to those in Chapter 119,
<br />Florida Statutes, and Rule IB-26.003(6)(g), Florida Administrative Code.
<br />ARTICLE 11
<br />THE WORK
<br />2.1 The term "Work," Services," and "Project" shall mean whatever is done by or
<br />required of the Contractor to perform and complete its duties under this Contract, including the
<br />following: construction of the whole or a designated part of the Project; furnishing of any required
<br />surety bonds and insurance; and the provision or furnishing of labor, administration, management,
<br />supervision, testing, services, materials, supplies, equipment, fixtures, appliances, facilities, tools,
<br />transportation, storage, power, maintenance of traffic, permits, and licenses required of the
<br />Contractor, including all items listed above and all appurtenant work, complete, tested, and ready
<br />for operation, including fuel, heat, light, cooling, and all other utilities, including temporary
<br />utilities and facilities as required by this Contract. The Work to be performed by the Contractor is
<br />generally described as follows:
<br />The Work to be performed under this Contract includes the construction and bringing the
<br />temporary dual left turn at 183rd Street and Collins Avenue into compliance with Miami -Dade
<br />County and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) requirements, as more particularly
<br />described in Invitation to Bid ("ITB") No. 25-09-01, entitled "183rd Street and Collins Avenue
<br />Left Turn Conversion," which is appended hereto as Attachment "A."
<br />2.2 The Contractor shall perform all the Work required, implied, or reasonably
<br />inferable from, this Contract as specifically set forth in the Contract Documents. The
