Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($13,000.00), which includes a contingency in the amount of <br />Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($5,000.00), for the installation of the security gate, for a <br />total contract amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />and No Cents ($117,500.00), attached hereto as Exhibit "A". <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Amendment. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
