O-- <br />2030 <br />4}D The City Manager shall maintain a management and accounting system to <br />value, record and track TDR's subject to approval by the City Commission. <br />1. Development of at least three mixed use redevelopment projects (projects <br />containing some mix of retail, office and residential uses) in the Town Center <br />area between 2015 and 2030 that are consistent with this Comprehensive Plan <br />and that achieve a compatibility score of 1 — 3 as described in Future Land <br />Use Element Policy 8D. <br />2. The location of lands designated for neighborhood business, or mixed use <br />development containing neighborhood retail, within "Xi mile of all residential <br />areas by 2030. <br />3. Enough residentially or mixed use land to accommodate a projected 2030 <br />population of 25.362 persons. <br />4. At least ten acres of designated commercial or mixed use land per 1,000 <br />residents. <br />5. Development Compatibility Review procedures, and other provisions <br />necessary to implement this Comprehensive Plan, adopted into the Land <br />Development Regulations by 2020. <br />6. Achievement of transit, pedestrian and bicycle level of service standards in all <br />areas of the City by 2030. <br />7. At least 30 percent of new development or redevelopment in the City between <br />2015 and 2030 is LEED-certified, or awarded a comparable green certification. <br />8. Updated green development standards adopted into the Land Development <br />Regulations by 2020. <br />9. Adoption of Urban Design Manual by 2017, and associated Land development <br />Regulations by 2020. <br />10. Provision of environmentally compatible and ADA compliant public access <br />points to the beach at % mile (minimum) intervals by 2030. <br />11.
