(the "Temple "). <br />REASONS: <br />As part of the parties' settlement in the lawsuit styled "Temple B'Nai Zion, <br />Inc. v. City of Sunny Isles Beach, et al. Case Mo. 10- 24599- CIV- KVfPv", the <br />City agreed to create a private Transfer of Development Rights ( "TDRs ") <br />sub - account for the Temple to transfer up to Fifteen Thousand (15,000) <br />square feet of floor area and five (5) dwelling units, of the existing allowable <br />and unused development rights attributable to the Temple's property located <br />at 200 178th Street, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. <br />The City Commission wishes to administratively close the Temple's sub - <br />account of 15,000 square feet of floor area and five (5) dwelling units as a <br />result of the sale of such TDRs. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Description <br />Resolution <br />httpl /sunnyisie .n aperida.c /CmerSheet.aspx ?lte lD =1524 12 <br />
